Position: Java (Consultant/Lead Consultant)
Skils:
Technical skills (Must):
* 4+ years hands on core Java development
* 3+ years hands on experience in Spring framework (MVC)
* Experience with software development tools - Spring IDE, Subversion , Maven, Tomcat
* 3+ years hands on experience in Spring Integration
Technical skills (Plus):
* 1+ years hands on experience in Spring Security or JAAS
* Hands on experience with PL/SQL and Oracle 11g
* Hands on experience in Hudson and Sonar setup
* Experience and understanding of Apache Velocity
Other Skills, and Experties:
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Experience in Java multithreading optimization
* Ability to work independently with minimum guidance in a fast paced environment.
* Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to take initiatives and solve problems.
* Good team player with excellent communication skills interfacing various onsite and offsite teams.
* Financial industry knowledge is plus.
