Job Title : Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter/ Recruitment Lead/ Recruitment Manager - US Staffing
Shift Timings : 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (Night Shift , adjusted to Day light savings)

Desired Profile
Experience in recruitment from 2 - 15 years preferably in US Geography for direct clients on W2 basis
Demonstrated success in recruiting in timely manner for large enterprise / Fortune 500 clients
Be able to demonstrate experience & proficiency in recruiting life cycle from receiving requirement, advertising on job boards/ social media and screening of resume, basic technical screening, negotiation and closure.
Candidates should have experience in building network with candidates, actively utilize social media & various job boards, be able to administer standard tests, do basic technical screening of the candidate, validate resume for quality and accuracy, persuade and negotiate optimal pay rates.
Good knowledge about US Geography and time zone.
Well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099), Various Visa etc.
Well versed in IT terminologies and proficiency in using Computers
Candidates with BPO Background in outbound sales in US geography and willing to make their career into US Staffing industry will be considered.
