Very Strong in Core Java / J2EE fundamentals.
Should have expertise in Java Script & Jquery.
Should have expertise in Spring/Struts/Hibernate
Good experience with Web Services or JMS is a plus.
Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must
Very good communication skills.
Very Strong Oracle Database Skills are essential.
Knowledge on Agile Development Methodology is a plus.
