Job Description :
The Technology Software Group (TSG) is in the midst of an exciting transformation into a software product company. Our suite of products cover the domains of B2B Order Management & Fulfillment, Payment Reconciliation, Mortgage Solutions, Customer Contact Management and Data & Analytics domains. We are building a top-notch software product engineering team in Bangalore to drive the transformation and growth of Altisource. We need high energy, talented engineers and technical managers with an entrepreneurial mindset

The Recruiter for Technology will be part of the Technology Recruiting team and will be a key player in our transformation into a world-class software product organization.
Responsibilities:-
Sourcing and first-level evaluation of candidates for all Technology Hiring
Drive process improvements in our recruiting processes (e.g. skill evaluation tools and processes, best practices in candidate handling)
Sell the Altisource transformation and growth story to potential candidates
Setup and manage focused hiring drives
Participate in organizational planning and create hiring plans
Report status of hiring plans, identify improvement opportunities and corrective plans

KRAs:-
Meet hiring targets within SLAs (quality of talent, time to fill and number of positions)
Improve applicant to hire ratio and time taken from application to hire

Qualification/Skills:
Should be a graduate with 2-4 years of excellent track record in recruiting out of which at least 2-3 years in Software Technology recruiting
Experienced in innovative sourcing and candidate influencing techniques
Ability to screen and conduct first level evaluation of technology candidates
Extremely good written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to work under pressure and deliver within strict deadlines.
