US IT Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter/ Recruitment Lead/ - US Staffing
Shift Timings: 7:30 pm to 4:30 am IST (Night Shift , adjusted to Day light savings)
Job Location: Chennai
Job Description: US Recruitment (US-Staffing)
Experience in recruiting from 2 - 6 years preferably in US Geography for direct clients on W2 basis.
Recruiting in timely manner for large enterprise
Demonstrate experience & proficiency in recruiting life cycle from receiving requirement, advertising on job boards/ social media, screening of resume, basic technical screening, negotiation and closure.
should have experience in building network with candidates, actively utilize social media & various job boards,
Basic Technical screening /Formating/ submiting right profiles within SLA time Lines .
Good knowledge about US Geography and time zone.
Well versed with various tax terms(W2, C2C, 1099), Various Visa etc.
Well versed in IT terminologies and proficiency in using Computers
Candidates with BPO Background in outbound sales in US geography
Soft Skills:Good communication Skills.
