Day to Day Functions:
Domestic/International Reservation and Ticketing
Co-ordinate with external agencies/Other Dept for resolution of cases
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers
Willing to work in 24/7 environment
Experience / Skills (Preferred):
(IATA certified or travel background preferred)
