Staffing is one of our major HR tower which is accountable for various HR functions. Recruitment includes functions like Client and employee engagement and to cover entire recruitment life cycle.
Job Role : Recruiter - Responsible for end to end recruitment life cycle
Recruiter will be involved in hiring volume hiring . Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing , Scheduling, Selection and candidate documentation. Candidate will be responsible to meet On boarding weekly targets. Candidate will also be connecting with vendor partners and drive them to source and schedule quality candidates. Candidate will also be responsible for data Management . Candidate also must be ready to travel to location on hiring events.
Total Years of Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years experience in Recruitment Life Cycle
At least 6 months experience in MIS
At least 6 months experience in HR Policies & Ops
English: Fluent
