Experience : 3-6 years (Jobs for 3 Years Experience)
Job Description :
Administers human resources policies and procedures
Serves as the designated expert on the interpretation of human resources policies issues and labor laws for India
Handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing
Conducts investigations when necessary
Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services
Extensive interaction with Operations Leadership team
Maintain confidentiality of information and accuracy of data
Grievance handling and disciplinary actions: interaction and coordination with other functions for interventions for employee issues when needed
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Desired:
3 to 5 years of generalist or operational HR experience managing a large number of employees.
A Masters degree in Human Resource is preferred.
Attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proven strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong understanding of local labor laws
Ability to implement change in a challenging and dynamic environment
Ability to work well under pressure
Good time management skills
Good MS office skills
Flexibility to work irregular hours
Ability to travel locally up to 50%
