JOB DESIGNATION/ROLE:
Client Technical Support Associate
To make phone calls to US Insurance companies for unpaid or underpaid claims.
B2B phone Call.
Analyze and process accounts.
Document the outcome and analysis as per the requirement.
Taking action based on the outcome/analysis as per instructions provided
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Graduate with 0 to 18 Months of work experience.
Should be open to work in night shifts in a 24x7 environment
Should have excellent communication skills in English.
Education Qualification :
Graduates (BA/BSc/B Com/BCA/BBA) & Post Graduates (MA/M Com/MSc except CS/IT)
BE/B Tech Fresher (except CS/IT) with score up to 65% can apply
Post graduate can apply except MBA/MCA/MSc (IT/Comp Science) .
PREFERENCES:
Relevant experience in healthcare process would be preferred..
