Executive Trainee (store Operations) - Graduate / MBA Fresher
An assistant manager in a Reliance Fresh outlet is expected to be in charge of the entire activities of the outlet in the shift in which he works. On days when the Manager is on weekly off, or on leave, the Asst. Manager is expected to do the job of both the Manager and Asst. Manager. Both the manager and asst. manager would be jointly responsible for all the stocks, safety and security, loss prevention, customer service, sales, operations, accounting, cash management, employee management, ensuring the operating standards as per standard operating procedure, customer grievance redressal, employee grievance redressal etc.
- Handle store operations
- Lead the store team
- Ensure 100% adherence of Standard Operating Processes (SOP)
- Execute companys routine agenda
- Manage store floor effectively
- Exhibit customer centricity
- Meet sales target
Desired:
Only MALE CANDIDATES who meet the following criteria.
Should be MBA or any Graduate.
Should have scored above 60% marks in any two out of the 3 basic examinations which are SSLC, Higher secondary and Graduation.
After 3 months of training, there will be an evaluation. The candidates who are successuful in the evaluation will be posted as Asst. Managers in Reliance Fresh outlets.
