Job Description :
Sandvine is currently looking for an upbeat and dynamic individual to join our Human Resources team as a Technical Recruiter at our Bangalore location. While working in our high energy and faced paced environment, this talented person will be reporting directly to the Manager, Human Resources and working collaboratively with our dedicated and charismatic HR crew.

Responsibilities:
Attracting the right candidates to Sandvine, through internal and external databases, referrals, targeted recruiting, networking and other means
Aid in identifying and implementing best practices to enhance staffing and productivity and recruiting quality across multiple global regions
Partner with, and assist internal hiring Managers on recruiting and sourcing alternatives appropriate for their business and budget needs
Develop cost effective, efficient and innovative solutions to meet staffing needs
Manage recruitment workflow in its entirety, including workforce planning, assisting with writing and posting job descriptions, candidate sourcing and management, screening, interviewing, references, salary and rate negotiations and offers
Maintain accurate records of all related documentation
Develop and manage recruiting campaigns for customer facing, technical roles on a global scale

Qualifications:
5 years of technical/IT and recruiting experience
University degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc)
Superior communication skills, verbal and written
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build strong business relationships
Ability to prioritize tasks with appropriate sense of urgency
Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Exercise proper discretion with confidential information
Strong computer skills which includes the ability to work well with various computer systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
