Job Description :
.Net Position -
4 Years to 8 Years of Experience in ASP.NET Framework, C# , MVC, Design Patterns, Jquery, OOP"s concepts
Knowledge in both web and windows .net
Good knowledge in SQL server and PL/SQL
Overview
To provide resolution to the issues raised by the client.
Should be willing to work in the night shift in a round robin method.
To take the technical ownership of the applications that we develop.
To manage a team of resources.
Responsibilities
Work on the help desk tickets or reassign to appropriate person.
Provide resolution to the issues and communicate back to the client.
Escalate emergency issues to appropriate person.
Communicate to your peers and managers promptly as and when required.
Break down the Business requirements into SRS, design the proposed solution
Assign tasks/modules to team members, guide them and ensuring they are delivered on time.
Manage the team and the project and ensuring the project is sailing safe.
Application ownership and maintenance
Communicate to your peers and managers promptly as and when required.
Java Positions -
Minimum 3 to 8 Years of Experience required
Should be proficient Java J2EE technologies
Must have a good experience in developing web applications in the java world.
Knowledge in Apache Tomcat and deployment environment would be added advantage.
Technical skill set:
Core Java, J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, Struts, Spring framework, Hibernate, Web services
Javascript, AJAX, jQuery
XML, RDBMS, Stored Procedures

To work on bug fixes/issues that arise in the production environment and resolve them at the earliest.
To take the technical ownership of the applications that we develop.
To manage a team of java resources.
