Job Description:
We are currently looking for Travel/Tourism certified candidates to join our Air Operations process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Perform all assigned activities within the allocated time span and with zero errors
*Achieve and maintain quantity and quality targets
*Assist fellow team members to achieve team targets and improve overall efficiency
*Follow company regulations w.r.t. attendance, performance, accuracy and attitude
*Login for a minimum of 9.5 hours per day with 90% productive time
*Communicate with TL/Manager regarding any application concerns, malfunctions or elements requiring immediate attention to optimize the performance
*Be conscious of the costs and not misuse official machinery made available to perform the assigned tasks
Education and Experience:
*Minimum High School graduate (std. 12); Graduate preferred
*Preferably 6 months in a travel BPO or 1 year in the travel industry. Exposure to travel industry essential
*GDS Knowledge required
*IATA or any other travel certification required
*Able to use PC & Internet
*Written & Verbal communication
Additional Requirements:
* This position requires flexibility on working shifts (Night Shifts)
