Designation : Support Engineer or Senior Support Engineer or Application Engineer.
Responsibilities :
Handling US customers and troubleshooting their technical queries
Completely involved in troubleshooting technical problems
Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support.
Resolve networking,OS,Virus related issues for customers.
