Currently we are looking for IT Recruiters on Direct Contract with Mindteck with 2-3 years in IT Recruitment for Bangalore location and who can join us immediately or within a week.
Handled the complete Recruitment Life Cycle -Coordination with client -candidate, Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking, Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database etc. Getting requirements & analyzing the skill sets of the requirements. As a recruiter identify, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to specific job orders. Closing the positons in minimal time.
