Description:
Should have good experience working Ab initio and Oracle database Develop, test & implement program logic.
Ability to work independently and in team.
Should have very strong basics on Ab Initio Capable of developing highly optimized code and carry out performance tuning of queries Ensure that company security policies are implemented, enforced, and enhanced when appropriate Participate in team discussions to formulate new or enhance existing processes and standards Other responsibilities as assigned.
Desired Profile
Skill - Abinitio, Oracle / PL SQL and Unix Job Location - Pune and Mumbai
Essential:
3 to 8 years of experience mainly in oracle & ab initio development At least 2 year experience in performance tuning of queries Working knowledge of Unix Experience in working development projects from scratch.
Should have used SVN (or some other similar) repository
Desirable Skills:
Having knowledge on Java is good to have.
Knowledge of Risk domain would be an added advantage.
Must have good communication skills.
Communication / Interpersonal skills:
Strong written and verbal English language communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Team player.
Have a positive approach to work and to fellow team members.
Excellent organizational skills.
Attention to detail.
Good prioritization and time management.
A proactive approach to problem solving, taking ownership of issues, and having the determination to follow things through.
Ability to provide solutions to a tight deadline
