Top Activities and Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records on MIS
Interact with ex-employees and resolve queries on high priority
Manage daily back end activities for HR team & extend support in various activities related to engagement and compensation & benefits team
Ensure smooth coordination with other functional depts. viz. Recruitment, Admin, Finance
Skills Required:
Good Communication Skills - Written and Verbal
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Good coordination skills
Good team player
Shift Timing :
9am to 6pm - Monday to Friday .
