Job Description:
Must have1-3 years experience in US IT recruiting.
Sourcing technical candidates as per the requirements of the hiring managers.
Using social media recruitment tools for sourcing active and passive technical candidates such as Dice etc.
Sourcing and hiring with minimal lead time.
Thoroughly phone-screening all candidates before recommending to the hiring manager.
Develop pipeline by targeting and engaging with passive candidates throughout sourcing process, identifying talent, sourcing, screening and scheduling for interviews.
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Handling the entire recruitment process from sourcing, scheduling interviews, Client interview co-ordination, background verification, Offer roll outs and Follow-ups till the candidate joins.
Builds a quality relationship with external recruitment agencies.
Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process.
Maintaining and updating the internal recruitment MIS and database.
Using and updating internal recruitment application tracking system from sourcing to joining.
Education :
Graduate/ Post graduate in any discipline
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate/post-graduate IT Recruiter with 1-3 years experience preferably with an recruitment consultancy/agency.
Experience in sourcing IT professionals using Job Portals/Social Media tools.
Hands on experience of entire recruitment life cycle.
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to use MS office software - Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated and quality process oriented.
Excellent communication Skills and strong ethics.
