Job description:
Responsibilities:
Plan, design, develop/ implement, test, and document application code/configuration in adherence to functional and non-functional business requirements
Estimate of development effort
Participate in code reviews
Partner with QA staff
Ensure adherence to architecture standards, risk management and security policies
Requirement:
4+ years Core Java end to end development experience
Ability to deliver high quality product and lead development on demand in all application tiers
Strong working knowledge in OO design and design patterns
Very strong working experience using Core Java and distributed systems.
Working experience in Core java & (Spring or Hibernate).
Working knowledge of RDBMS, and proficiency writing SQL
Experience in debugging and performance tuning
Ability to design and implement high quality, scalable and flexible technical solutions
Qualifications:
Should be holiding a regular degree of B.tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc(IT)
Should have 4+ yrs experience on Java Development
Must not be interviewed by Genpact Headstrong in past 6 months
Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
