Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:
Focuses on data entry and reporting for sales and marketing programs while maintaining the business controls necessary for rebate payables.
Responsible in processing and support the delivery of end user rebate solutions, channel rebate solutions and other non-standard payment for different Business Unit Program Managers in HP Globally.
Owns and executes accounting processes within area of expertise.
Performs complex analysis of transactional accounting information to support decision making.
Contributes in process improvement projects and is accountable for having proper documentation for the programs managed within the team.
Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations.
Education and Experience Required - Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Typically 2+ years of experience in an accounting environment.
Desired Profile
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong computation skills.
Excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SAP).
Fluency in English.
Excellent understanding of accounting processes.
Strong communication skills.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent multi-tasking ability.
