Job Description :
POSITION SUMMARY & KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
• Position will provide support to the NCR ITEnterprise Services Software Engineering team and will be responsible forglobal application development, implementation, and tier 3 support of theEnterprise Services (ES) program; This organization partners with global andlocal business partners from the Worldwide Customer Services (WCS) organizationto architect world class, end-to-end IT solutions spanning functional areassuch as incident creation, entitlement, remote support, call management, fieldoperations, and parts logistics •
• Ensure commitment on all activities includingdevelopment, implementation, and support in ES track; Ensure deliverables areproduced in accordance with time, cost, and quality commitments; Assurecompliance with PRP and SEI/CMM standards, such as process, methodology, andarchitecture; Ensure proper attendance, team productivity, and utilization
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree in arelated discipline 1-3 years of related experience Previous experience workingfor a Global Organization Ability to communicate (written and orally) in anopen, candid, clear, complete and consistent manner Analytical skills requiredto determine causes of problems and solutions for solving the. Good Knowledgeof Java, J2EE and knowledge of HTML5 and Javascript.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s Degree Good knowof Web site designing in java/J2EE , HTML5 and Javascript.
Good to have: MobileTechnology Software development, design, and systems development experienceEEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR's commitment todiversity.
