Excellent communication skills with customer service experience preferred
Ability to deal with specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers
Recognise individual customer service needs and resolve their enquiry
Ability to handle complaints and escalate where appropriate
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer service experience is preferred.
Job Location : Gurgaon
Shift timings : 4am to 4pm ,any 9 hrs working, 5 days working,any 2 days off
Eligibility criteria : Any Fresher Graduate/technical graduates,undergraduate,dropouts can apply.
