Meeting the Quality and Turn around Time per Clients and Employers expectations
Comply with IGATE and Clients Policies and Procedures.
Willing to work in 24/7 Environment. (Night shifts are mandatory) and willing to sign a service agreement as per the company norms
Desired:
Should possess very Good oral and written skills
Candidates with some experience in Insurance Domain with back office operations is preferred.
Should have a Typing speed of upto 35-50 WPM.
Should be flexible to work in any shift.
Should be willing to travel between different IGATE offices""
Good reasoning and analytical skills, client communicaiton both verbal & written
Good knowledge of MS-Excel and MS-Word
