Taking care of End to End Joining formalities
Taking care of On-Boarding formalities
Handling Employee Relations
Attrition Management and Retention
Grievances Handling
Handling HR issues of employees
Exit Mangement
Desired Profile:
Good communication skill
Only Female candidate required.
Must carry experience in Employee Relations/ER
Must carry experience in Attrition Management
BPO experience shall be preferred
