Job Description :
· Achieve hiring targets – meet 100% full-time employee and intern targets for all Business Units across India
· Mindshare – positioning the organization as an employer of choice
· Brand building - using social media and other methods for both internal (within the organization) and external brand building
· Build relationships (internal and external) – Internal – Talent Acquisition /HR team, BU Leadership, Hiring Managers, || External – Placement Officers, Students, HODs, Head of institute etc.
· Networking – build a good network to stay abreast with market trends to maintain competitive edge
· Operational activities – Portal hygiene (regularly monitor and keep online tool updated) || Reporting (maintain report for all stakeholders)
· University activities – facilitate guest lectures, seminars/workshops, sponsorships, MOUs etc.
· Process Improvement – strive to improve existing processes
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Post Graduate in Management (preferably HR) with 1-3 yrs experience in University Relations / Talent Acquisition / HR role
· Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
· Good business acumen
· Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
· Good people management and analytical skills
· Excellent communication skills
