Job Description :
Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining Service Request database.
• Handle international calls, emails & service requests, assess customers’ support needs and resolve / route inquiry accordingly.
• Provide first level support for customer issues including documented procedures and available tools. Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests for second level support.
• Maintain Service Request database by accurately entering information.
• Keep equipment operational by following established procedures and reporting malfunctions.
Qualifications
• High or Secondary School diploma/certificate or country’s educational equivalent plus about 0-6 months of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
