Job Description :
Looking for Commerce Graduate Freshers with excellent Academics and Communication skills. 1 year contract which is extendable if the performance of the candidate is good.
Job Summary:
Manage a client portfolio for an average of 500 clients for credit control and related activities
Contacting at least 40 client on a daily basis over calls and emails
Regular client chasing to settle overdue amounts by reminder letters & phone calls
Update internal documents & locating contact information through internal systems
Preparation of documents (soft copy) for withdrawal of credits
Liaise with operations teams to resolve the issues related to invoices
Participates in the development of the Departments Work Plan; assigned work activities, projects and programs.
Co-ordinate with other teams to ensure effective collections as and when required.
Achieve daily/monthly coverage targets
