1. Need to communicate with client regarding technical issue through Voice Support, Chat Support or Email Support.
2. Taking care of Networking Problem, Troubleshooting, Operating System, Debugging, Desktop Support, Remote Support.
3. Need to solve the issues within prior time.
4. Need good analytical skills to provide swift diagnoses of problems.
