Job description:
The candidate will be responsible for applications development, technical support and process improvements that are scalable and sustainable in support of the Incentive Compensation organization. The main function of this role is the development & support of Incentive Compensation applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
Applications Development
The APEX project involves the planning, development, testing, implementation and training of Global Incentive Compensation applications.
Technical Support
Any requests raised through the Operations Request queue related to technical systems support, troubleshooting or systems enhancement requests should be processed as required. Other responsibilities include ad hoc project work, training and providing any other systems support to the Incentive Compensation teams as required.
