Analyst-System Developer
Responsibilities:
Engineer is responsible to understand Application/Network/URL monitoring requirements clearly and deliver monitoring services as per requirement
He/She should able to do administration on monitoring tools (SiteScope, HPOM, SCOM etc)
He/She should able to do administration on server automation tool (HPSA)
Ability to write PowerShell and Perl script for automation or custom monitoring
Ability to understand existing environment and integrated components quickly
He/She able to maintain Monitoring Infrastructure by applying OS and application patches as required
Participate in tools migration activities
Ability to troubleshoot production issues and fix them within SLA
