Job Description:
Role Purpose:-
-Review and Analyse Service Provider billing records and client data invoices, billing records in CSV/ TXT/ EXCEL formats to create billing portfolio. Pulling of service provider billing statements for monthly/Quarterly reporting and analysing and assessing the accuracy of complex telecom billing.
-Audit numerous Vendor / Client / Country telecom invoices to ensure precision and compare orders to invoices to determine the authenticity of services billed. Interpreting and comparing invoiced services against quoted contract rates and corresponding telecom inventory accounts
-Provide analytical support as needed to benefit clients across globe to achieve optimal cost efficiency and realise cost savings. Reviews carrier contracts/Lease Service Agreement against actual usage, call records, transactions and makes optimisation and recommendations to existing services
-Performing monthly/quarterly telecom invoice analysis, validation and payment approval on data, SMS, MMS, and Voice invoices for home and Roaming. Maintain and update inventory database and rate cards to ensure proper functioning of automated invoice validation processes.
-Take responsibility for creating, Managing large volumes of discreet data, readily spots errors or mistakes and seeks out all the relevant information. Updating and maintaining documentation of existing business processes and controls. Should be standardised and regularly reviewed with stakeholders.
