The Indian Aviation Academy (IAA) invites applications for the positions of Senior Consultant, Consultant 1 and Consultant 2. Candidates are requested to apply via the prescribed format on the official website of IAA, iaa.edu.in. The appointment of Consultants will be initially on Fixed Term Contract for a period of three years.

Educational qualification required:
Senior Consultant: Candidate with MBA degree will be more desirable for the post on offer. The minimum required qualification for this post is bachelor's degree in any discipline along with 15 years of experience.
Consultant: Candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical engineering with 10 years of experience.
Age limit:
Maximum age limit of 55 years as on as on September 9, 2018.

Application fee and mode of remittance:
Candidates need to pay Rs 500 through Demand Draft in favour of "INDIAN AVIATION ACADEMY". However, the SC/ST/PWD/Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection process:
Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their performance in interview.
During documents verification /interview, the candidate will have to produce original certificates along with a proof of identity and one set of self-attested photocopies of the candidates.
Salary details:
Senior Consultant: The selected candidate will be paid Rs. 2, 00,000 per month
Consultant: The selected candidate will be paid Rs 1, 75,000 per month
