(Must Have) - Good experience on COBOL, DB2, IMS DB, and JCL Candidate must have Strong technical experience in IMS DB & DB2 both database
Proficient knowledge of IMS, REXX, CLIST, Experience of using Panvalet, Expeditor, RMDS, FLASH, Abend-Aid, File- Aid, ESP
Should have understand the requirements in detail and analyze and Provide the appropriate solution/design for given requirement
Soft Skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience - Development and Testing on mainframe applications.
Strong analytical skills and business requirement understanding skills
*** Candidate must have realtime experience in IMSDB/DB2***

Required Experience:

3-5 years of overall experience with 2+ years of development experience in MVS, Cobol, JCL, DB2

Skills/technology required:

Should be skilled in Cobol programming & development on MVS MainFrame platform
Should have working experience of JCL, DB2, and related utilities
Knowledge of Terradata and its utilities
Should be conversant with Unix shell scripting
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with ability to work independently
Excellent communication skill
Knowldege of SOX and other compliance initiatives in PCI, SPI

Role & Responsibilities:

Development of business applications as per requirements, design using Teradata, DB2 , JCL, COBOL on Mainframe platform
Support SQA, CIT, SIT, UAT test phases to meet delivery schedule
Reporting on allocated work status; coordination with design, test, deployment teams
