Job Location : Jobs in Mumbai

Experience : 1-3 yrs (Jobs for 1 Year Experience)

Job Description :
Sourcing, screening resumes through job portals
Handling joining formalities
On boarding
Issuing offers, Appointment letters etc
Offer Negotiations
Updating various MIS reports
Handling employee engagement activities
Please not this is not a generalist role

Desired:
Excellent communication / inter-personal skills
Ability to work on challenging assignments & under pressure
Problem solver with a strategic bent of mind
Creative thinking
Candidate should have minimum 6 months experience in recruitments
Please note this position is on contract.
