Excellent Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Oral & Written Western Communication & Technical Reporting (OBIEE, Oracle CRM OnDemand Analytics, Excel)
Main Responsibilities/Functions:
· Liaison between Business Leaders and IT for reporting needs
· Analyzing and understanding key business processes
· Data analysis to ensure meaningful data is presented
· Heavy data manipulation required
· Understand reporting tool capabilities to assist with defining requirements for technical resources to complete
· Heavy OBI and report testing to support system upgrade, enhancement and defect releases
· Develop and present reports in multiple formats – Siebel system dashboards, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
· Ability to accurately gather and communicate future reporting enhancements
· Document processes and procedures for team trainings
· Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures
Required Experience
· Must be able to successfully utilize technical tools such as Excel, Access, OBI, SQL and others for heavy data analysis
· Knowledge of technologies such as Oracle OBIEE, Siebel & Oracle OnDemand
· Demonstrated ability in understanding business processes and translating into meaningful reports
· Must be process-driven and organized
· Excellent time management skills in order to juggle multiple requests
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong presentation skills
· College graduate with at least 2 years experience
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree
