Key Responsibilities:
Will be a part of the front line hiring team in EXL
Will be involved with volume / bulk hiring activities
Responsible for end to end recruitment, i.e, from sourcing to onboarding
Travelling to vendor locations for the hiring activities
Involved in hiring through various channel mix (portals, referral, social media, consultants, etc)
Ensure that the right quality of transaction is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined by process excellence
Date of Joining = ASAP
Shift Timings = 11:00am to 8:00pm
Work Location = Noida
Any Graduate /Post Graduate (MBA preferred) with zeal to learn & grow in the corporate environment
Experience Required: 0 to 1 year
Open for extensive travelling in Delhi/NCR & flexible with the work-timings
Strong inter - personal skills
Willing to work six days a week (if required)
Should display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment
Computer proficiency MS Office
