The job involves providing voice help desk support to customers. Executive's are involved in resolving customer queries & retaining the customers, resolving non technical customer queries over the telephone.
Executive need to work towards maximum customer satisfaction.
Age criteria (18yrs-35yrs)
Min Educational qualification is 10+2 or 10 + 3 Year Diploma or Graduates / PG. Comfortable working in 24*7 environments
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Fluent in spoken English
Decent typing skills & computer knowledge
