Job Description :
Walk-in at Convergys for Voice Based Technical Support Proces .
Provide Voice based troubleshooting support to customers over remote software and resolve Technical queries based on customers query.
This can be related to any computer/peripherals related issues.
They will also be responsible for handling customers post registration technical queries, providing post-sale customer service.
Handle general customer queries on Microsoft products and route them to appropriate department.
Help and troubleshoot customers on Install Windows OS.
Help and troubleshoot customers on Installation of Office.
Help and troubleshoot customers on Activation of Windows OS and Office.
Troubleshoot basic Windows OS and Office applications.
Require Tier1 & Tier2 Engineers.

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED: -
Sound knowledge of Computers and Laptops with good communication skills as it will be a voice based Technical Support, 24/7 Environment and US Shifts.
Sound knowledge of operating systems XP, Vista, Windows 7
Sound knowledge of computer hardware components CPU, Motherboard, RAM, HDD, Modem
Advance troubleshooting skills for At least one of the following Computer Desktop, including Internal Hardware.
One of the Operating systems from the following:- XP, Vista, Windows 7.

Salary up to 15K to 19.5K +24K Joining Bonus + Incentives+ 5 Days Working + Both side Cab Facility + Best BPO Environment.
