Job description:
HR Ops Analyst
- Deliver simple and complex ad hoc PeopleSoft requests for the data that are unable from self-service tools
- Use programming language/query manager tool across all instances of Peoplesoft. Interact with all levels of HR and non-HR customers to understand/clarify requirements
- Be a part of Tier 1 meetings, team meetings, adhoc meetings and regular one on one as and when required
- Follow up daily on pending SRs of self and take appropriate actions to close them
- All process escalations to be addressed through SME and any other escalations to team manager
- Provide operational support to Tier 3 analytics leaders
- Provide user support and training for the Global HR Reporting Tool (GHRT)
- Support global programs such as the Global PeopleSoft Program and BI Tool Transition
- Expertise in Structured Query language(SQL) and indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft data structure
- Basic understanding and familarity with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
- Knowledge of key HR reporting processes (census, turnover, cost reporting, etc.)
- Background in Business Objects (staffing) reporting and should be able to support Business Objects Reports
Qualifications
- Expertise in Structured Query language(SQL)
- Expertise in Cognos and Business Objects reporting
- Indepth knowledge of PeopleSoft data structure
- Expertise in Advanced Excel and Macro
- 2 - 4years of HR reporting
- Hands on experience working on peoplesoft 8.9 or 9.1 versions
