Core Java, J2EE (JSP, Servlets)
Spring, Hibernate, and Web services
Good understanding of Design Patters both Java and J2EE design patterns
Worked on various app servers like JBoss/Weblogic/Tomcat
Write optimized SQL Queries and Stored Procedures for database where Data volume is very high
Candidate must be aware of Coding Standards
Excellent Communication skill and team player
Nice to Have:
Experience in using Genesys SDK and Config API's
