Job Description :
Responsible for all programming activities as related to data analytics for clinical data monitoring reports of individual Phase I-IV clinical trials. 1.Lead the standard programming activities for trials working collaboratively with other programmers and statisticians in the analytics group. 2.Maintain efficient interfaces with internal and external customers with support of ONC Data Analytics management. 3.Develop and modify, as required, programs to carry out the analytics function deliverables 4.Develop and comply with project standards and specifications following internal guidelines. Be knowledgeable in SDTM data model. 5.Knowledgeable in a process to extract large volumes of data, transform the data and apply defined statistical rules / standard business rules to create standard reports 6.Ensure documentation in place describing all programs created and variables / logic used within, including derived variables 7.Program and deliver, according to specifications, visual analytics output, for phase I-IV clinical trials with high quality and within milestones. 8.In consultation with the statistician, develop programming specifications for projects and defined deliverables as related to analytics. 9.As required, ensure that documents and specifications are consistent and comply with company standards for specifications 10.Support quality control and quality audit of deliverables. 11.Maintain records for all assigned projects and archiving of trial / project analysis and associated documentation.
