English + Regional Language, Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
Minimum skills required:
Experience in Voice/Email/Back office support services preferably in the telecom industry for over 6 months experienced resources
Written and spoken fluency in business English
Experience working in a B2C environment
Comfortable with a rapidly-changing environment
Technologically capable - able to quickly learn customer service software applications
Strong problem-solving skills
90% day shifts and 5 day working
