Team players with a ready disposition to learn
Good typing speed (Data process> 30wpm with 90% accuracy)
Customer centric approach that include
o Developing and sustaining productive customer relationships
o Responsible for customer satisfaction
Adaptability that include the following
o Maintaining effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks and / or the work environment
o Adjusting effectively to work within new work structures, processes requirements or cultures
Will be primarily responsible to ensure servicing of all emails with minimum rejections according to the SLAs of each process.
He will also be responsible for:
Providing data processing on having complete and updated product knowledge, and on being well acquainted with the product.
Maintaining the minimum customer satisfaction Index.
Providing data processing and thus saving on data processing time.
Maintaining accuracy of information given to customers.
Adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures specified for the process.
Adhering to schedules set by the process.
Contributing to the process by taking process improvement initiatives.
Graduate and computer literate with a willingness to work shifts. Good grasping ability and logical reasoning
