Credit Card inbound customer service profile
Taking inbound calls from Australian customers
Provide quick and effective resolution to the customer's queries
Should have presence of mind /Customer Care attitude
Should be able to resolve customer queries and should be patient
Fresher/Experience in credit card process is preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Australian shifts (3am- 5pm window), Any 9hr shift can be given.
Eligibility Creteria: Any Fresher Graduate,undergraduate,dropout can apply.
Venue for interview : plot-22A,sec-18,udyog vihar,nearest metro station-iffco chowk metro station,Gurgaon.
