Des: Associate- Blended
Experience in BPO, specifically in an International Voice/ Semi-Technical/ Backend or Blended process.
* Should be able to work in citrix and oracle based environment.
* Domain knowledge in logistics will be preferred.
* Exposure in handling incidents, recovery tasks and requests at second level of support.
* Basic Knowledge of Computers and MS Office.
* Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
* Should be willing to work in 24/7 support
Desired:
"1.Experience in BPO, specifically in an International Voice or Blended process Good communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English Willing to work in night shifts 24/7 environment ** Must have a Bachelors degree
Must have a stable career background"
