Job Description :
MUST HAVE COMPLETED ALL CA EXAMS IN 1ST ATTEMPT.
Direct Tax position
Good Exposure to corporate tax law & regulations and compliances thereof
Advance tax computation
Preparation of corporate tax statements such as deferred tax, depreciation, expenses deduction etc., assistance in tax related accounting entries and complying with MIS requirements
Co-ordinating with auditors and consultants for tax audit and other related matters
Compliance with TDS requirements including deduction of tax, payment and returns filing
Overseas branch compliance w.r.t. corporate tax & tax planning
Transfer pricing
o Assisting in Transfer Pricing compliances including review and collation of all required details, working with consultants in transfer pricing study etc.
o Advising overseas office/s in preparing global transfer pricing documentation.
o Handling transfer pricing documentation, assessments, appeals, reviewing and finalizing Form 3CEB.
Tax advisory including advising tax implications of Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement, etc. in various transactions
Desired Candidate Profile
CA with 1.5 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in working on direct tax matters
Knowledge of corporate tax (income tax & DTAA) & international tax
Experience in handling advisory, compliance and representation matters
