1.Prepare functional specification , Identify and capture business rules & processes,functional logic and flow diagrams.
2.Gap analysis, identification , sizing and estimation of business requirement.
3.Facilitate the creation of Test Plans,Scripts & manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
4.Facilitate requirement definition workshops.
DESIRED SKILLS :
1.Should be able to Map Business Processes and requirements to the Siebel CRM application team.
2.Evaluate and prioritize Defect Reports and Change Requests
3.Ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms via presentations and written forms.
4.Exposure to Release Management
5. Desired Experience 2-10 Years.
