Job Description :
Responsible for end to end recruitment, which involves sourcing candidate from the various portal's and platforms as per the client requirement, Initial screening and short listing the candidate, Salary Negotiations, Follow candidate till the time of joining.Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
