* Sourcing candidates through Campus and Job portals.
* Take ownership for assignment and project deliverables.
* Ensures timely delivery of candidate in the recruitment process without compromising on quality.
* Provide hiring status updates to Senior Management
* Manage graduate hiring program as per requirement of business divisions
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
*Will be responsible for large volume hiring of fresher.
