Job Description :
Installation and troubleshooting of operating systems Windows XP.
Troubleshooting and installation of Desktops and printers.
Managing permissions & rights to Users & new Users creation in Windows.
Installation and configuration of business application software (i.e. MS Windows XP/Vista, MS Office XP/2007, Lotus Notes, Internet Explorer, Antivirus)
Taking care of the various project escalations, timely call resolution within the SLA.
Desired:
Good Experience in Windows Administration
Should have experience in Windows, Desktop, and basic knowledge in Networking.
Hands on experience in Installation & troubleshooting of Windows XP Servers and Network configuration i.e IP address. Ability to understand & support devices like laptops / Printers
Good understanding of Client side applications such as Email Clients,Web browser , Antivirus & Windows xp/7 Knowledge/Exp in SAP
Good Interpersonal skills & customer support attitude
** Must have a Bachelors degree
Must have a stable career background
